Curry (or curried) chicken is a staple in almost every Jamaican kitchen; as well as a featured dish on Jamaican restaurant menus everywhere! It is inexpensive, easy to make and goes a long way. It is usually paired with steamed rice and steamed vegetable or salad. Other curry favorites are goat and shrimp.
