Other than Reggae music, the Jamaican Beef Patty is our next most famous export. Traditionally made with well-seasoned ground beef wrapped in a curry flavored dough and baked. The result, a buttery flaky pastry filled with spicy deliciousness! Patties are easy to make at home as you probably have all the ingredients already in your kitchen. They are great as an appetizer, snack on-the-go or lunch. Pair with a fresh salad and dinner is ready! Make a big batch and freeze the rest for another day and you can go vegan with curried chickpeas or lentil fillings.
